Why our tariffs are changing

We want to continue offering our customers the best possible service at a highly attractive price and our upcoming tariff changes reflect those objectives. Our new rates are still amongst the most flexible and competitive around, but the increase demonstrates our ongoing investment in security, compliance, new products and services.

These investments include accreditation for a range of innovative payment solutions. These support our customers to offer their customers a raft of ways to pay – opening up greater opportunities for growth.

What our tariff changes mean for you

Our tariffs are changing to the following on 1 June. To find out how this will affect you, please take a look at the following table

Flex - £32 p/m

- 350 transactions per month - Free fraud screening tools - No set up fees – All major debit and credit cards accepted - 24/7 support - Virtual terminal included (MOTO) - No fees for refunds - 12p per transaction above 350 transactions

Plus - £45 p/m

- 350 transactions per month – 500 token payments - Free fraud screening tools - Access to Fast Pass customer support - 12p per transaction above 350 transactions - Accept a range of local European Payment types


- 3000+ transactions per month - Fixed rate per transaction - Estimate your usage and pay up front for discounted pricing - Bespoke fraud screening tools - Priority support services - Dedicated account manager
