Amazing Support has two core aims which runs through everything we do.
First we want our clients to be the best protected, most resilient that they can be. We want to know that whatever gets thrown at their systems they don’t need to worry about it affecting their ability to run their business.
Our second aim is to provide the most professional and friendly service that we can. We all know how frustrating it is when the computer doesn’t work or the email goes down, so our goal is to ensure that we not only fix the problem as efficiently as possible but that we also understand it in the context of things. We therefore take the serious problems very seriously but also love to have a laugh with our clients as well.
These two aims as well as an obsessive desire to provide amazing customer service have seen the business grow from strength to strength over the years. We are not a “fly by night working from our bedroom” company. We have been established for over ten years and employ qualified, professional and lovely people. We all have the relevant accreditations to support you as best we can and our Managers do their best to handle all expectations, from technical, operational and account management, right down to support and customer service levels.
We also believe in having a very close relationship with all of our clients. There are no airs and graces when dealing with Amazing Support and no ‘just reboot your computer’. We are a dynamic team and everyone is always happy to get their hands dirty. The owners have cut their teeth for many years driving around with nothing but a screwdriver and are always available to discuss anything with anyone. They are also keen introducers of contacts and new business to clients and non-clients as well.
Amazing Support has grown organically and through small acquisitions over a number of years and we deal with many different sectors but with a particular expertise in the professional, legal, accountancy and dental areas.
