Tradebox Limited was established in April 2003 and has been an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) operating in the UK online retail market since March 2006.
Initially a 3rd party add on for Elavon Financial Services DAC 50, Tradebox’s first software solution (Tradebox Finance Manager) provided accounts integration exclusively for online retailers using Elavon Financial Services DAC 50 Accounts. Working with UK online retailers since early 2005, Tradebox has gained an in-depth knowledge of the needs and demands of the online retailer.
Whilst today’s software offering, Tradebox One, still provides the same unparalleled integration with Elavon Financial Services DAC 50 Accounts, it can also operate independently and be used by those retailers who are not currently ready to start using an accounts package.
Marketplace Integration & Order Management
Tradebox One provides API integrations with leading online markets and webstores such as:
Allowing a 2-way communication that enables users to view orders from multiple channels in a single screen as they happen and access tools to help them pick & pack products to make up the orders.
Where an API integration isn’t available, Tradebox One provides a comprehensive and easy-to-use, CSV integration tool to allow orders to be rapidly imported into Tradebox.
Products & Stock Control
One of the most demanding challenges retailers face is maintaining and co-ordinating stock levels across multiple channels to prevent overselling and ensure a product a customer orders is available. Tradebox One incorporates a constantly running service that downloads orders, updates stock and passes the newly adjusted free stock level back to the sales channel.
User’s can choose to take the stock level from Tradebox One, or, take this from their accounts software, whichever fits their needs.
The products module also incorporates lots of configuration options that can be applied collectively, or individually to unique products, to ensure the upload features fit the user’s needs.
Accounts Integration & VAT
Accounts integration has been Tradebox’s area of expertise for over a decade so it is no surprise that there are many integration options available to end users. Whether you want to create Individual invoices for each online order or create a batch invoice to cover your sales activity for a specific sales channel over a given period, the software has options. Accounts integration also provides options on customer creation, bank receipts, stock movements, purchase order creation and much more.
For those retailers that haven’t adopted an accounts package, Tradebox creates a full VAT breakdown of every item on every order it imports. Sales VAT reports can be generated as summaries or include every item in a given date range and rapidly exported in to Excel/CSV.
Pricing & Support
Tradebox is based on a recurring licence which includes access to free functionality upgrades and free technical support. Licences are based upon the number of marketplaces/ecommerce websites the user wishes to integrate with and can be purchased on a 3 monthly or 12 monthly licence. Commitment to an annual licence provides a pro rata 25% discount.
Prices start from as little as £200 + VAT per quarter or £600 + VAT per annum.
