Adding an IP address to your account

If you are using either the server or direct integration method for your transactions you will need to enter a valid IP address into your MyOpayo admin panel.

This is so our systems will know which IP address to accept transaction posts from and allow payments to be made through your account.

Users and emails

Each user in your MyOpayo has the option to enter their email address.

They will then be able to receive updates from us, and also allow them to reset their own passwords if they cannot access MyOpayo.

You can do this by either:

  • Adding an email address for the user when they are being created
  • Adding an email address for already created users

When creating a user you will be able to enter an email for the user, to see how to create a user please check out our article.

Login to MyOpayo

Create a user

Your MyOpayo area allows you to create users to grant access to others on your account.

In order to create a user you must first log into the account as a user with administrative rights.

This can either be the main administrative user that is set-up as standard with your account, or a user you have previously created.

Unlock a user

If a user on your Opayo account has been locked out you are able to unlock this user so they can access the account again.

Changing user passwords

We know there are times when you need to change the passwords that your users have with your Opayo account.

Within your MyOpayo panel you are able to change the passwords used by other users to access your account.

Changing user permissions

We know there are times when you need to change the level of privileges that your users have with your Opayo account.

Instead of having to remove the user then add another user you can simply change the privileges any given user has on the account.
