Once you have processed a Deferred transaction through your account you are then able to abort this transaction to prevent any funds from being taken from your shopper.
Before doing so however, you must first ensure that the user you plan on performing the abort with has the privileges to do so.
After logging into the account you will first need to locate the transaction you wish to abort.
To do this select the transactions tab within MySagePay and use the options available to locate the deferred transaction.
Now that you have located the deferred transaction you are ready to abort.
Simply click on the transaction you wish to abort, you will then be presented with the transaction detail screen.
The abort button will be displayed on the bottom right corner of the transaction detail screen. Select this button to be taken to the abort screen.
Enter your user password into the box and select abort. You have now successfully aborted a transaction.
