If you have bought something online from a company using Opayo payment pages you need to contact that company to ask for an update on your order.
We process payments for our customers to make sure your debit and credit details are kept safe. We don't have access to the order information or delivery details. We can't process refunds or cancel orders either.
You should find the company’s contact details on their website or on the confirmation email that was sent to you. You may also be able to get the status of your order via their website.
