If you would like to change your company name with us we are able to help you do this.
Firstly we will need you to send us the request to firstname.lastname@example.org from the listed billing contact on your account with the details you would like us to change.
We will then be able to make the change on your account for you.
Why do I need to send this from the Billing Contact?
We always ask that any changes to your account are sent from the billing contact for security.
Also as we are making changes to your account that can impact the cash flow and the destination of funds for your account that the person listed as responsible for the account requests this.
How do I know it has been done?
Once we have made the change to your account and added the new company details we will e-mail you to confirm these have been done.
