Locating the transaction to refund
Log back into Test MySagePay using your new user log in details (not the administration log in details) and select the Transactions tab on the top of the screen. Choose the transaction you would like to refund and click on the successful payment, release, authorise. All transactions should now be listed.
Performing the Refund
From the transaction detail screen, click on Refund transaction. A refund window should appear with the amount you would like to refund. Make sure the amount is the full amount of the transaction and enter your user password to validate.
You have now successfully refunded your transaction.
